Sheet metal processing covers the entire range of the activities of Roosen Laser & Welding N.V. From laser cutting, 3D tubelaser, bending up to 4 meters length and welding (manual and by robot). We also arrange the surface treatments that are requested for the parts. We have network of suppliers that are specialized in these treatments.

Robot welding and manual welding
Proficient and certified welders with years of experience provide small and specialized welding series. In addition, Roosen Laser & Welding has a versatile machine park with various welding robots, including on track with CNC manipulators.

Small to large series
Automation is the core concept when manufacturing medium to large series, while for prototypes and small series the experience of our professionals is used. This ensures quality and delivery reliability for every application at a competitive market price.

Production engineering
