Roosen Engineering BV has a professional engineering team with senior engineers, constructors and CAD designers who use the latest design packages, such as Pro-engineer and Inventor, to keep the “time to market” as short as possible.

Value engineering
Value engineering is one of the important spearheads. Thanks to the combination of the various production units and engineering, we can integrate broad knowledge and experience into the design from the first engineering phase.
This guarantees efficiency and manufacturability. Preparing the production of a design, which is often required as an intermediate step when using separate engineering firms, becomes superfluous, making the total cost of ownership as optimal as possible for you.

Project teams
Proto and 0 series are fully supervised by the project teams, ensuring a very efficient and problem-free transition to series production. Components of the engineering processes are strength calculations, dynamic calculations, design, parts lists, controls, etc.
We work with electric drives (servo and normal high-current drives), sensors, safety components, pneumatics, hydraulics etc. and are familiar with the application of many drive components.

Cost conscious design
Our engineers are practical, because theory and practice come together in-house. Cost-conscious designing is our daily business, whereby the constant optimization of the production process is also one of the core tasks of this department.

Engineering office in India
In addition, we have a partnership with an engineering firm in India for the elaboration of production drawings for larger (machine building) projects, where we deliver the 3-D model and guide the implementation from the Netherlands. The execution of this is done in India.
If desired, we also work together with, for example, a designer or other specialists.
